William Blyth
William is Director of Oxford Energy Associates, and is currently an
Associate Fellow of Chatham House under their energy, environment and
development programme. He works with a range of organisations in the
public and private sector focussing on climate change policy design and
implications for energy sector investment risk, energy security and
greenhouse gas emissions.
Ken Fletcher
With over 25 years' experience in industrial energy use, energy
efficiency, CHP, process control, energy modelling, and energy policy
design, Ken is one of the UK's leading experts in the field of energy
and climate change policy. Ken has worked with all the main UK
institutional players in climate policy, and also has considerable
experience of working with companies, having previously run his own

Paul MacDonald
Paul works with a wide range of UK companies advising them on
implementation of climate change policy. With over 15 years' experience
working with companies, Paul has extensive knowledge of the
practicalities of industrial energy consumption, and how companies

Simon specialises in travel behaviour and fleet management as well as
environmental assessments of transport policies, programmes and
measures. He has over 12 years of experience of working in the
transport, energy and environmental fields. He has worked with both
