Oxford Energy Associates: projects and publications
OEA is currently involved in a major study to look at how
climate policy design can be refined to take account of the impacts of
policy uncertainty and risk on investors behaviour. We have recently worked
for a European government on the issue of how markets may respond to the
auctioning of allowances in the EU-ETS, and implications for how they
should design the auction. In previous positions, OEA staff have worked
with several leading UK companies, helping them respond to new climate
change policies, particularly the UK and EU emissions trading schemes.
